When I think of Japanese healing methods, "reiki" or just "ki" and "shiatsu" come to my mind.Unfortunately there are only few places which offer training sessions taught by Japanese instructors compared to those taught by non-Japanese instructors.

I didn't see your response, but somebody else did, and she was also led to Motoko through studying ki at the dojo in your response to me - and we met in a class of Motoko's and made the connection last weekend, so that was a nice synchronicity!
