-The founder, Hiro Kurashima, is a Shihan (Master) of Suwa Taiko. He studied
under Grand Master Daihachi Oguchi of Suwa Daiko. Also Hiro Kurashima is
a member of Columbia University/ Teachers College Taiko Society, and a
member of Lincoln Center Institute Teaching Artist Program.
-Taiko Masala performs Taiko drumming at various events and also offers
workshops and lessons. There is Taiko rental service available, too. |

-East Winds, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that sponsors Asian
art forms. Their Japanese music and dance group, Taikoza, offers concerts,
school performances and workshops.
